Lex Tempus provides a web-based time tracking and billing management system designed for legal professionals. The service allows attorneys to track billable hours, manage client matters, and generate invoices.
You must create an account to use Lex Tempus. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Lex Tempus offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are not provided for partial months of service.
We understand that attorneys handle confidential client information. We are committed to protecting your data and your clients' data. We do not sell, share, or disclose your data to third parties except as required by law. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
You agree to use Lex Tempus only for lawful purposes. You may not use the service to store or transmit illegal content, violate any applicable laws, or infringe on the rights of others.
Lex Tempus and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Lex Tempus, LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Lex Tempus, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
